Europe is worth doing right.

We help families do exactly that.

Three generations, two or three households, and everyone has a different idea of what a good vacation looks like. Pulling that into one trip that actually works for all of them is the hard part, and it's the part we do.

We work with families across the country to plan custom European trips for multi-generational and multi-family groups: a cruise paired with real time on the ground, before or after. Built around your group's interests and pace. No escorted tours. No predefined packages.

Most group trips do one thing.
Ours do two, and that's the difference.

A cruise alone gives you variety. A land trip alone gives you depth. We pair them together, which is how we've always traveled as a family and why we started this business.

Your group gets the ease of a cruise (multiple countries, no repacking, something for every age) combined with a week or more on the ground before or after, at your own pace, with vendors we actually trust. Every piece fits together into one itinerary.

The cruise

Multiple ports, included meals, activities for every age, and the ease of unpacking once. Europe from the water is something else entirely.

The land

Every flight, transfer, hotel, and activity is booked through partners we trust and organized into one app your whole group can pull up on their phones. No one hunting through email for a confirmation number at the airport.

Nothing to coordinate

A few hours in port is not the same as a week in Lisbon or the Swiss Alps at your own pace. This is where most group trips fall short, and where we do our best work.

We're the right fit for a specific kind of group.

You'll know if that's you.

We work with multi-generational families and multi-family friend groups, typically 6 to 14 people, planning meaningful European travel. That might be your next family trip, a milestone celebration such as a graduation, a big anniversary, a 70th birthday. Or it might just be families whose kids grew up together and who are finally ready to do something extraordinary.

Coordinating travel across multiple households, age groups, and travel styles takes real expertise, and someone who has actually done it themselves and gotten it wrong a few times along the way. That's us.

What we're not:

We're not the right fit if you're looking for a quick price quote, the cheapest option, or a package you can piece together yourself. If that describes you, no hard feelings. If what you're after is a well-executed trip your family is still talking about years later, and you'd rather not spend 40 hours planning it, keep reading.

Before you reach out, please take a few minutes to read how we work together. Working Together

You've been thinking about Europe.
Here's how it becomes real.

01 Free consultation

No pitch. We learn what your group is after, talk through the budget honestly, and decide together whether we're a good match. It's a free 25-minute call.

02 Crafting the trip

Once we agree to work together and know what you're looking for, we map out the cruise, the route, and the land days that make the whole trip worth taking.

03 Tailoring it to your group

This is where we do our best work. Activities the whole group can enjoy together, with flexibility built in for those who need a break or want to split off.

04 Booking & coordinating logistics

Every flight, hotel, transfer, and tour is booked through our trusted partner network and organized into a dedicated travel app for your whole group. No more searching through emails for confirmations or trying to remember what comes next.

05 Before, during & after support

We send reminders, answer questions, and stay available while you're traveling. We don't disappear after the booking.

Learn more about Our Process

Our family tradition is now our business.

Two people smiling in a close-up photograph, with a sign in the background that reads 'Happiness Up Real Life Up' with arrows.

We're Rich and Robyn, married nearly 25 years, parents to two teenage boys, and the kind of people who have always ended up organizing the trip for everyone else: the cruise bookings, the transfers, and everything else nobody else wants to deal with.

We've visited nearly 30 countries and explored 19 across Europe. We've taken multi-generational trips with aunts, uncles, and grandparents along for the ride. We've traveled with close friends whose kids grew up alongside ours, celebrated graduations on the high seas, and gotten lost, happily, in cities we weren't expecting to love.

Every photo on this website is from our own travels. No stock images. Because this isn't a catalog, it's a decade of experiences we've turned into a business.

Throughout our trips, we've also gotten a few things wrong, which is where the real learning happened. On one trip, we cut it too close to a train in Naples, jumped out of a stuck taxi to walk the last stretch, and Grandpa couldn't keep up. We missed the train and thought the day was lost. Fortunately, our private tour guide was able to rearrange and our day was saved, but the lesson stuck: a group moves at the pace of the person having the hardest day, and the itinerary has to leave room for that.

Meet Rich and Robyn

From a family we traveled with.

A trip of a lifetime.

Planning a three-week trip around Europe is no easy task. Rich and Robyn planned every detail around the needs of our family of four, two adults and two adult children, who wanted to see historic landmarks, experience local cuisine, and make the most of every stop.

With pre-cruise, cruise, and post-cruise excursions across all three weeks, we left fulfilled, with a lifetime of memories. A year later, we still talk about our trip of a lifetime.

A few things worth knowing up front.

How much does this cost?

Custom itineraries that combine a cruise with independent land travel incur a $250 planning fee. Straightforward cruise-only bookings have no fee. We'll tell you from the first conversation which applies.

How far ahead should I book?

12–18 months for most European itineraries works best. Popular sailings fill quickly, and booking early locks in the best cabin selection and pricing.

Is this right for first-timers?

Yes, and they often benefit most. We handle the logistics of ports, transfers, and timing so your first trip to the Continent is confident, not overwhelming.

The trips we plan are the ones your family still brings up years later, like the graduation you celebrated halfway across the world and the city nobody expected to love. That kind of trip takes real planning and a real fit between us. We keep our client load intentional so we can give each group the attention it deserves, which is why we ask you to read about Our Process and our Working Together first. If they resonate with you, let's talk. A free 25-minute call, no pressure on either side.
