Our family tradition is now our business.
We're Rich and Robyn. Married for 24 years, parents to two teenage boys, and lifelong believers that travel is one of the best gifts you can give your family. We both grew up traveling with our own parents and made it a priority to do the same for our kids. To this day, our sons still talk about trips we took over a decade ago.
Our family has visited nearly 30 countries, 19 of them in Europe. Our first European trip was about ten years ago, and the culture, the history, and the sheer variety keep pulling us back.
From our very first European trip, we developed what became our signature approach: pairing a cruise with a week or more of land exploration before or after. The two complement each other well, combining the ease and variety of a cruise with the depth and immersion of independent travel. Every trip we've taken since has been built around this framework.
These trips have always included more than just the four of us. Some have been multi-generational affairs, with grandparents, aunts, and uncles along for the ride. Others have been joint adventures with close friends whose kids grew up alongside ours, built around milestones like graduations. No two trips have looked the same, and that's exactly what we love about it.
Those experiences became our family's greatest tradition. Now we want to help you build yours.
On every one of those trips, we were the ones doing the planning: the cruises, the transfers, the places to stay, the pieces that have to line up for a group that size. Here's how that breaks down now.
Rich is the travel advisor. He builds the itineraries and makes every booking, and he's spent years as a CPA fixing complicated systems, which turns out to be the same skill as getting eight people, three train connections, and a cruise departure to line up. Robyn runs the business behind the trip: the documents, the deadlines, the follow-ups, and the part where you always know what's happening next. She also writes most of what you'll read from us on social media and the blog. She managed service teams before spending fifteen years running a busy household, which is its own kind of operations job, and she's often the one who answers when you write.
After years of planning trips like these for our own family and the friends who kept asking, we opened the agency in June 2026. We're building our reputation one family at a time on trips like yours. That means you'll deal with the people who planned it, from the first call to the day you get home.
One more thing worth knowing: every photo on this site is from our own travels. No stock images, no borrowed scenery. Just the places we've actually been.
