We handle the planning.
You just show up.
Coordinating flights, hotels, cruises, excursions, and family expectations across multiple generations can quickly become a second job. We handle that part.
We work with multi-generational families and friend groups, typically 6 to 14 people, who want to make the most of their time visiting Europe.
From our very first European trip, we developed what became our signature approach: pairing a cruise with a week or more of land exploration before or after. The two complement each other perfectly, offering the ease and variety of a cruise, combined with the depth and immersion of independent travel. Every trip we've taken has been built around this framework.
Why families choose to work with us
We built this business around the trips we were already taking. We know what it takes to get three generations on the same itinerary, keep everyone happy, and actually enjoy it ourselves. We've made the mistakes so you don't have to. Learn more About Us.
Whether it's your first time in Europe, a milestone worth celebrating, or just a trip your family has been putting off for too long, we handle the complicated parts so the trip actually happens.

The initial conversation
There's no pitch. Our initial consultation is about getting a clear picture of what your group is after and whether we're a good match for your needs. You may already have a cruise or region in mind, or you may just know you want to visit Europe. Either is fine. We'll also talk through the budget early because we'd rather have that conversation upfront than have it derail something later. To better understand how we would work together, please review our Working Together.
If we decide to work together, we'll take a deeper look at your group, who's coming, ages and abilities, how people like to travel, and use that to shape the details of your trip. We charge a $250 itinerary planning fee to get started. You can learn more about our fees and how we are compensated in our FAQ.
Crafting the trip
Once we understand what you're looking for, we map out the overall structure: which cruise, what route, and where you'll spend time before or after the ship. The land portion is where most group trips fall short. A few hours port stop with 3,000 other passengers is not the same as a week in the Swiss Alps at your own pace.
Example Itinerary for a recent multi-family group consisting of 2 families and 8 individuals celebrating graduation.
Pre-trip: 4 days in Lisbon
Cruise 9-day Cruise
Lisbon→Porto→Coruna→Bilbao→Le Verdon→La Rochelle→Amsterdam→Zeebrugge→Le Havre
Post-trip: 3 days in Paris→5 days in Grindelwald
See other example itineraries on our Inspiration page.
Tailoring it to your group
This is where we do our best work. We plan your itinerary around activities the whole group can enjoy together. We ensure the pacing is right so that nobody is left behind. We can build in flexibility for people to split off if they want. Some groups stay together the entire trip. Others naturally branch out for a morning or an afternoon, sometimes even a few days. Either way, no one feels like they're missing out or holding anyone back.
Here are examples of what we've coordinated for past groups:
Active
-
Palace of Versailles, France — Miles of royal gardens, best explored on two wheels. A leisurely way to take in the grounds without feeling rushed or leaving something behind.
-
Ísafjörður, Iceland — Rugged terrain, raw landscapes, and zero guardrails. Iceland's Westfjords are made for explorers, and this is how we recommend you take them on.
-
Grindelwald, Switzerland — No tour bus. No set schedule. Just you, the Alps, and a whole lot of speed. Your itinerary, your pace.
-
Reykjavík, Iceland — Millions of years in the making, and worth every one of them. Descend into a volcanic tube that stretches nearly a mile beneath the lava fields and feel just how ancient this island really is. Not every landmark sits above ground.
Cultural
-
Pompeii, Italy — Private Walking Tour No crowds, no rushing, just you and a local expert uncovering 2,000 years of history, one cobblestone at a time. This is how Pompeii was meant to be experienced.
-
Copenhagen, Denmark — Rosenborg Castle Home to the Danish Crown Jewels and a throne flanked by iconic life-sized lion statues.
-
Rostock, Germany — Food is one of the most authentic ways to experience a destination. In Rostock, that means a perfectly grilled bratwurst and a cold German beer — simple, satisfying, and utterly unforgettable.
-
Venice, Italy — St. Mark's Basilica Standing at the heart of Venice for nearly a thousand years, St. Mark's Basilica is an architectural masterpiece unlike anything else in the world. Every arch, mosaic, and gilded detail tells a story. A breathtaking experience that stays with every traveler long after the trip ends.
Leisure
-
London, England — Hop-On-Hop-Off Bus Tour From Tower Bridge to Buckingham Palace, London is best seen from the top of a classic double-decker bus. A flexible, family-friendly experience we recommend for cities where seeing more means doing less planning.
-
Shetland Islands, Scotland — Some souvenirs are just trinkets, but a hand-crafted Shetland wool sweater is a story. Free time means you can shop, explore, and discover at your own pace.
-
Akureyri, Iceland — The Forest Lagoon Geothermal pools, old-growth birch, and views of the fjord that don't ask anything of you except to sit still for a while. This is Iceland without the crowds.
-
Lisbon, Portugal — Local Cafe Slow down, sip a coffee, and watch the city pass by. Some of the best moments happen when you are not trying to be anywhere at all. That's why we also build in unscheduled time.

Booking & coordinating logistics
Once your itinerary is confirmed, we get to work turning it into a reality. We work within a trusted network of suppliers, which means the partners involved in your trip have been reviewed and selected for quality and reliability.
All of your trip details are built into a dedicated travel app that your whole group can access from their phone. Confirmations, activity details, timing, contacts. It's all there, organized and easy to find, without digging through email chains.
Transportation
Coordination of flights and all ground transfers for your group, including airport arrivals, port pickups, and travel between cities
Timing & Coordination
Every activity and transfer is scheduled around port cutoff times, ship departure windows, and your land itinerary. Whether you're on the ship or exploring a city, your group always has the time it needs and never risks missing what's next.
Lodging
Booking of cruise cabins and pre- and post-cruise accommodations that fit your group's size and travel style.
Activities & Tours
Every tour and excursion is booked through local operators we've vetted. Your guides know your group is coming and are ready when you arrive.
Payment Coordination
We collect payment authorizations from each traveler and pay your vendors directly on your behalf. Every payment goes to a vetted supplier, and we keep the group on track so nothing gets missed.
Documents
Confirmations, tickets, contacts, and itinerary all in one place in the travel app, accessible to the whole group.
We won't disappear after the booking.
Before
In the months and weeks leading up to your trip, we'll send reminders for key deadlines such as payments, cruise check-in, and dining reservations so nothing slips through the cracks. We're also available to answer questions as your departure gets closer.
During
Once you're traveling, your itinerary and all vendor contact information will be in the app. If something comes up on the ground, your vendors are your fastest path to a solution. They have been vetted and know your booking, which allows them to act immediately. We're also available during normal business hours if you need to contact us directly.
After
A few days after you're home, we'll check in to hear how everything went. Your feedback helps us continue to improve the experience for every group we work with.
Planning a trip like this takes real time and coordination.
Most people underestimate it until they're in the middle of it. If you'd rather skip that part, we're ready to help.
